How long does it take to build a pool?
There are quite a few factors that determine how long it takes to build your custom pool. The following are just a few:
- Weather: For every rainy day during the building process, that is a day that building has to stop. The best conditions for building are, of course, sunny days.
- Permits: Generally, it takes anywhere from two weeks to three months to get all permits approved. Documents and research needed include topographical maps, infiltration beds, and surveying.
- Design: Design and features are, of course, big factors in construction time. The more intricate your pool or backyard design is the longer it will take to complete the building process.
- Average: A normal pool should take anywhere from four-six weeks oftentimes
Will a pool add value to my home?
Adding a pool or custom spa to your home doesn’t necessarily increase the value. However, adding one of our luxury features to your home or garden space will increase your quality of living and ability to relax. Also, after our custom pool builders are done, your home will stand out more than ever.

How should i design my pool?
The possibilities are limitless. Use your imagination. When designing your pool, don’t settle. It’s easier and better to tell us about a feature or a shape that you want and have us work with you to come up with a workable concept, than for you to have a pool that is functional, but not essentially what you wanted.
